High Class Butchers

Originally opened by Malcolm and Julia Flack, Flackies Butchers is now owned and run by Wayne and Claire Grudgings. After starting an apprenticeship at the age of 17 and time at Dewhurst butchers, Wayne came to Flackies in 1994 along with his not yet wife Claire who was working in the butchery department of a supermarket. Wayne and Claire married in 2008 and after Malcolm's retirement took on the business in 2011. In 2016 they expanded the business with another Flackies Butchers shop in the town of Blaby.

You can usually find Wayne in the Lutterworth shop, with Becky and Nathan, while Claire is in the Blaby shop with Callum and Ellie.
